As of 4/14/2022 The Massachusetts House of Representatives consists of 127 Democrats, only 28 Republicans, 0 Independent, 1 Unenrolled and there are 4 seats vacant.
107 is the Veto Proof Majority in the house.
In order for true Checks and Balances to occur in our Massachusetts State Government, the Republicans need to pick up at least 21+ seats in addition to the 28 they have today and maintain the Governorship.
People “Know and Trust” our Republican State Representatives who work hard for them every day. Most of our GOP State Reps have served for years on local boards, select boards, school committees and other community organizations. People know them… trust them… and like them.
